Ripple Rocket makes a huge difference in Malawi!

For those of you who are a fan of us on facebook might have seen this video I posted earlier today. On this video you see me speak with Andrew about the fuel efficient stove ‘The Ripple Rocket’ that has been designed by Ripple Africa our partnering organisation in Malawi.

The Ripple Rocket is a fantastic replacement of the traditional three stone fire. Where usually the women would gather big pieces of wood for the use of cooking they can now gather smaller pieces and 3 times less than they are used to! It is a great help in reducing the cutting down of trees and on top of that it is much safer in use.

For only £4,50 you can give a family a Ripple Rocket! When you make a donation to the Ripple Rocket project you will get a thank you e-card sent back! This is a perfect gift for someone and it can make a huge difference to a family in Malawi!
